Lease Purchase Financing was developed for cities, counties, schools, fire districts, etc which often need equipment but do not have the current funds to buy the equipment.   LPF allows municipalities, etc. to purchase the vital equipment they need such as fire trucks, police cars, ambulances, computers, etc. without large up-front cash payments.   LPF can be used to purchase both new and used equipment.

LPF is available for both big ticket items such as new fire stations or it can be used to purchase smaller items.
